Mentorship

The Cambridge dictionary defines a mentor as:

“a person who gives a younger or less experienced person help and advice over a period of time[...]”

Paula Dieli began to be sought out as a mentor primarily by women in technology looking for someone who could relate to the challenges they were facing and advise them on a way forward. Her clientele broadened to include anyone looking to benefit from her experience and the empathetic style of leadership she is known for.

Her extensive experience in the software industry in a wide variety of roles including engineering, product management, program management, operations, technical support, and localization in both the U.S. and Europe makes her the ideal person to be that trusted advisor who will:

Share her experience and insights gained through years of real-world experience

Listen and suggest possible paths forward that enable the mentee to then determine what will work best for them

Provide support through the ups and downs that a mentee will experience as they progress in their career

Serving clients in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, Paula is passionate about being able to share her wisdom with the next generation of technology professionals so that their learning will be a little faster, their path a little smoother, and their burden a little lighter knowing she has their back.
